Service Contract 1
Biannual Service of all equipment included in the Inventory of Equipment – no parts included.
The service window on the contract is one month from the date of the service. Calls received outside of the service period will incur additional charges.

Service Contract 2
Biannual Service of all equipment included in the Inventory of Equipment – small parts included up to value of £40. UNLIMITED CALL OUTS.

Service Contract 3
Biannual Service of all equipment included in the Inventory of Equipment – All parts included. This is an ALL INCLUSIVE Service Contract.
Full terms and conditions will be provided with each of the service contracts.

SERVICE SCHEDULE
  • Check general performance
  • Remove as appropriate any base and baffle panels
  • Check evaporators for cleanliness
  • Check fan position, security and rotation
  • Check condensate drainage for cleanliness and leakage
  • Check all pipe work and vibration eliminators
  • Check operation of defrost heaters
  • Check and adjust, as required / is necessary, operating temperatures
  • Check security and condition of all electrical terminals
  • Check and test all wiring and fuses
  • Check operation of all refrigerant controls
  • Check pressures, suction and discharge
  • Check operation of compressor fans
  • Check operation of condenser fans
  • Clean condenser and general components
  • Check and clean condensate drainage disposal system
  • Check systems for gas leakage
  • Overall cleaning and oiling of units
  • Each unit will be left in working condition
